Shipping

Orders are shipped within the European Union with PostNL or DHL. The shipping costs are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. You receive a track-and-trace link by e-mail as soon as your order is on its way.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind. Let us know by e-mail within that period and return the item unused within 14 days after your notification. Return shipping costs are for your account. You will receive the purchase price, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days.
